Sales Manager - Fuel Solutions Industry Location: Erith, Kent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pmSalary:Up to £45,000 per annum

Role Overview:As a Sales Manager, you will lead and develop a dedicated team of six, driving performance and achieving targets. Your responsibilities will include:

 

• Team Leadership: Oversee the sales team's activities, set and monitor key performance indicators, and lead by example in securing new business.
• Development and Motivation: Coach and motivate your team, assisting with sales and prospecting activities to ensure continuous improvement.
• Market Monitoring: Manage daily pricing, monitor the fuel market, and ensure system prices reflect daily changes.
• Strategic Planning: Research and identify marketing and advertising opportunities to expand the client’s sales range
• Operational Management: Ensure an accurate published rota for all sales staff.Skills and Experience RequiredProven Track Record: Demonstrable experience in a similar sales management
